Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 2-day free trial so you can try OpsWB with your own data before you commit. No credit card is required to explore.
Which plan includes the Point of Sale, payroll and newsletters?
The Advanced plan. It adds email newsletters, the retail POS, stock control, payroll, social scheduling, document management, WooCommerce sync, Stripe payment links and multi-company support on top of everything in Basic.
Are there extra costs for sending newsletters?
OpsWB does not charge per email. Newsletters send through your own Amazon SES account, which Amazon bills directly at roughly $0.10 per 1,000 emails - so a 5,000-contact campaign costs about 50 cents.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from inside your account - changes take effect immediately and are prorated so you never pay twice.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No card is needed during your 2-day free trial. You only enter payment details when you decide to continue after the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you like with no penalties. Your data is yours - you can export everything before you go.
